In the Diocese of Pittsburgh, it is required that students receive two consecutive years of instruction from an established Faith Formation program or a Catholic School before receiving a sacrament. Please fill out the form below if you would like to request to receive any Sacraments at Corpus Christi Parish.

To make Sacraments at Corpus Christi, you must attend our Sacrament Prep Program.

If you ar NOT attending Coprus Christi for Family Catechesis, the cost to receive a sacrament is $25 to cover materials.
